冶炼车间是照明最苛刻的环境之一：高温辐射、金属粉尘、腐蚀性气体，灯具不仅怕热还怕粉尘堆积，光衰极快。
一般作业区 200-300lx、操作平台与仪表区不低于 300lx，灯具需耐受环境温度 55℃ 以上、IP65 防尘、耐腐蚀，高温辐射区应设隔热挡板，防爆区按 Exd 标准选型。
我们为冶炼车间采用『耐高温＋防尘自清洁』灯具，配合隔热安装座与可拆卸反光罩，把粉尘清理周期延长数倍，同时用低眩光配光保障操作安全。
